Baylor advanced in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 60 years, defeating pesky Sam Houston State, 68-59.

The game was much closer than the final score would indicate; the score was tied at 55 with 3:48 left. But the Bears pulled away in the final minutes, finishing the game with a 13-4 run. Ekpe Udoh led the Bears all over the box score, racking up 20 points, 13 boards, five assists, two blocks and two steals.
