A high-school cheerleader in Texas has been kicked off the squad because she refused to cheer a player that raped her. The cheerleader — unnamed for obvious reasons — reported being raped by Rakheem Bolton in 2008. He avoided jail time via a plea bargain, and is playing varsity basketball for Silsbee High this season.
