Evan Turner Wins Wooden Award

Ohio State’s Evan Turner continued his sweep of the major postseason honors, winning the 2010 John R. Wooden Award. The award, named for the legendary UCLA coach, is given annually to college basketball’s top player by the Los Angeles Athletic Club. He joins a list of Wooden Award winners that includes Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Larry Johnson, Tim Duncan, and 2009 honoree Blake Griffin.
