Freshman guard Khris Middleton scored a career-high 19 points to pace Texas A&M, as the Aggies beat Utah State (also called the Aggies) 69-53.
A&M advances to the second round for the fifth straight season. They’ll play Purdue on Sunday for a chance to join the Sweet Sixteen.
