The Knicks and Celtics have reportedly completed the deal that will send dunk champion Nate Robinson to Boston. Because of salary cap concerns, the deal was expanded to include five players in all:
Knicks acquire:
- Eddie House
- J.R. Giddens
- Bill Walker
Celtics acquire:
- Nate Robinson
- Marcus Landry
Alan Hahn of Newsday is reporting that Shelden Williams could be headed to New York instead of Walker.
Boston would like to have Robinson become their sixth man and an energy player off the bench. Mike D’Antoni reportedly loves House, having coached him in Phoenix.
