Open Season on Free Agents

by Charlie on June 30, 2010

Just hours from now… all hell breaks loose. The biggest free agent class in NBA history hits the open market at midnight.

Bosh to Miami?

The first big player move may happen before tonight’s deadline: Chris Bosh will join the Miami Heat via a sign-and-trade deal that will send Mario Chalmers, Michael Beasley and Joel Anthony to Toronto, Dan LeBatard is reporting. Pierce, Nowitzki Opt Out

Boston’s Paul Pierce and Dallas’ Dirk Nowitzki officially joined the free agent class of 2010 by opting out of their deals. Yao Ming decided against a similar move, and will return to Houston next season.

‘Melo on the Trading Block?

The big free agents aren’t the only players who could be on the move this summer. Carmelo Anthony is just one superstar who could be on the block.
