The board of trustees at Fordham University has approved an increase in the school’s basketball budget that will bring the Rams in line with the upper echelon of the Atlantic 10. Yeah, I admit, I’m deeply excited by anything even remotely positive about the basketball program at FU. Fordham’s plans to breathe new life into a 3-25 team got a huge break today when rising sophomore point guard Jio Fontan decided to remain in school. via Hoops on Campus – NY Daily News.
