Note to Tony Parker:
I realize there are cultural differences between the United States and your native France, and attitudes about what is and is not appropriate in public may be different on this side of the Atlantic. So here’s a tip that may be useful to you.
Performing “Summer Nights” from Grease with your wife — at a karaoke bar, singing along with a wedding DJ, etc. — not cool.
Re-enacting the entire scene from the movie, filming it and putting it on YouTube?
Even less cool.
As the guys at Sports Crackle Pop rightly point out – the most mystifying thing about this video is the fact that three of Parker’s teammates got roped in. I sort of understand George Hill — he was a rookie. This could have been some sort of elaborate hazing ritual. But Michael Finley and Jacque Vaughn? C’mon — you guys should have known better.
